# Commitment

We ask that mythic raiders, trials, and backups are on 5 to 10 minutes early to form a group and be ready to raid. 

Let us know if you are unable to make the raid. The sooner the better. Just sign out on the form posted in the [#📜-announcements](https://discord.com/channels/734915355448705186/734919430567362681) channel in Discord. Trials and backups should also at least be signing out if they can not make it. *If you are unable to consistently make raid time you will be replaced. -- Each situation is different. Just talk to us.* 

Work on your character. Do M+ to help get gear, and practice your rotations. 

Be prepared. Watch a video or read a short description of the upcoming boss so you have an idea of what is going on.
