We're looking to build a mythic team that meshes well together.

Don’t start any drama.

Bring any issues you have to the officers so they can discuss and find a resolution.

Work with each other when provided and providing constructive criticism.

Take personal responsibility for things that happen to you during the raid. EX: if you died, look to see why you died. If we ask you why you died just own up to the reason so we can work to help you improve.

Raiders need to understand that they may need to be sat for a boss for the initial kill. If you are sat for the initial kill, you will be brought in on the reclear.
